For the past three years my business has been dedicated to a boutique design firm, specializing in high-end residential design and project management.

My role at said firm, where I served as a contracted Senior Designer, involved a range of responsibilities inclusive of, but were not limited to. 3D modeling and rendering, drafting and planning, concept design, material specification, site visits, and client communication.

Commercial Office

We were engaged by X plus O to create a design proposal for Tomkin Australia & Facklemann Housewares.

We developed an innovative thought-out head office space that would meet all of there needs for their large workforce and clientele. We alongside X plus O attended and ran a multitude of meetings in order to developed brief driven floor plan options and an overall look and feel.

The final proposal is as shown above. The proposal included a final floor plan, 3D concept model and renderings along with high estimate budgets and furniture, finishes and pc item specifications.
