The Clients North Narrabeen home has east facing kitchen and bathrooms with expansive beach views. The upper floor of the home was tired and outdated, boxed in between walls. The design was approached with a cost effective & functionable mindset, with a strong approach on joinery & space planning. Playing towards the budget the space modulation payed attention to the current plumbing & gas locations in the kitchen, while re mapping the entirety of the two bathrooms. The material selections were sourced accordingly, using crisp whites, warm timber paneling and sturdy mineral surfaces to pay homage to the coastal vibe of their expansive beach vista views.

At Kylo Studio we believe the kitchen is the heart to any home. When our client approached us they expressed warm stories of family, friends and loved ones, gathered around their kitchen for hours cooking, talking & laughing. It was then we knew exactly what they needed.

we have created an open plan flow through the kitchen dining and living, with an updated large main bathroom and functional master ensuite. The materiality connecting the bathrooms back to the new kitchen, was exactly the finishing touches this residence needed. The end result will leave the clients with the a new lease on life at home. The modern & sleek entertainers dream, a open plan living dining & kitchen accompanied by modern warm sun filled bathrooms.
